Pre-Order & Shipping Policy

At Zula Athletics, our products are thoughtfully developed with an emphasis on quality, purposeful design, and long-term durability. Products offered through pre-order are manufactured following the designated ordering window.

All pre-order sales are final. Please review all product details, sizing, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

ZA-001 Court Trainer Pre-Order

Pre-Order Price: $185 USD
Regular Retail Price: $245 USD
Scheduled Shipping Date: March 10th, 2027
Estimated Fulfillment Window: March 10th – 17th,  2027

The ZA-001 Court Trainer is available at an exclusive pre-order price of $205 during the designated ordering window.

Orders placed during this period will be reserved for the upcoming production run. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

Production and fulfillment will take place following the close of the pre-order window. Orders are scheduled to begin shipping March 10th, 2027, with fulfillment expected within 5–7 days of that date.

Please note: March 10th is the scheduled shipping start date, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production schedules, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect estimated timelines.

How Pre-Orders Work

1. Place Your Order: Select your preferred size and complete checkout during the October 10th - 23rd pre-order window.

2. Production: Following the close of pre-orders, your footwear enters the scheduled manufacturing process.

3. Quality & Fulfillment: Completed footwear undergoes final preparation before shipment.

4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

5. Delivery: Carrier transit times vary depending on your U.S. shipping destination.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

Zula Athletics currently ships exclusively within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping service.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

All Sales Are Final

All pre-order purchases are final sale.

Due to the production commitments associated with pre-order footwear, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery at admin@zulaathletics.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If an address correction is needed, contact admin@zulaathletics.com as soon as possible. Address modifications are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Zula Athletics is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided at checkout, except where required by law.

Production & Shipping Delays

Pre-order dates are estimates based on anticipated manufacturing and logistics schedules.

Although we make every effort to meet the published timeline, unforeseen manufacturing, material sourcing, quality control, or transportation delays may occur.

If a significant delay affects your order, we will communicate updated information and provide any remedies required by applicable law.
