All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your billing, shipping, and contact information is accurate when placing your order.

2. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. Shipping transit times are separate and depend on the carrier.

Production and shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Zula Athletics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

Because our products are made to order, all sales are considered final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your claim.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

We strive to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your screen or device, and slight variations may occur between products.
