At Zula Athletics, our products are thoughtfully produced with an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our made-to-order and pre-order production processes, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or outlined below.

Pre-Orders — All Sales Final

All pre-order purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Pre-order products are manufactured according to scheduled production commitments. Payment is collected in full at checkout, and customers agree to the disclosed production and shipping timeline when placing an order.

  • Regular MSRP: $245 USD

  • Scheduled Shipping: March 10th –17th, 2027

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, and estimated shipping dates before purchasing.

Pre-order cancellations and refunds are not available for changes of mind. Exceptions apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, delayed, or unfulfilled orders when required by applicable law.

If a pre-order cannot ship within its stated timeframe, customers will be notified and provided the opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items = but not limited to product incorrect assembled resulting in shoe pieces disengaging from desired assembled location. Incorrect size shipped. Two left shoes shipped. Etc

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact admin@zulaathletics.com within seven days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once reviewed, eligible claims will receive an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. This reporting window does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Pre-Orders: Cancellations and modifications are not accepted for changes of mind once an order is placed, except where required by law with damaged product.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Changes of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Regular wear and tear

  • Products purchased during pre-order or made-to-order production, except where required by law

Please review sizing guides and product specifications before completing your purchase.

Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved or legally required, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, unfulfilled, or applicable law requires their reimbursement.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Customers retain any legally required rights to refunds, cancellation, or other remedies, including rights relating to delayed shipments, unfulfilled orders, and defective merchandise.
