How do Zula Athletics pre-orders work?

All Zula Athletics products are available through pre-order. Customers place orders during designated purchasing windows, with production and fulfillment following the schedule provided on each product page.

Payment is collected in full at checkout.

When can I pre-order the ZA-001 Court Trainer?

Pre-Order Dates: October 10th – 23rd, 2026
Pre-Order Price: $185 USD
Regular MSRP: $245 USD
Scheduled Shipping: March 10th – 17th, 2027

Orders are reserved during the pre-order window and fulfilled according to the scheduled production timeline.

Are all sales final?

Yes. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Exceptions apply where required by law, including applicable rights concerning defective, incorrect, delayed, or unfulfilled orders.

When will my order ship?

Shipping dates vary by product and are clearly listed on individual product pages.

The ZA-001 Court Trainer is scheduled to begin shipping March 10th, 2027, with fulfillment expected within 5–7 days.

Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change. Carrier transit time is additional.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Where does Zula Athletics ship?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Any available free-shipping promotions will be displayed before payment.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please review the size guide provided on each product page before purchasing.

The ZA-001 Court Trainer uses US men's sizing, with women's size conversions available for reference.

All sales are final, so we strongly recommend confirming your size before placing an order.

What materials are used in your products?

Materials and construction details vary by product and are listed on individual product pages.

The ZA-001 Court Trainer features white full-grain cowhide leather, grey suede, triple-layer comfort construction, signature Sunray stitching, and internal medial reinforcement.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All pre-order purchases are final. Changes and cancellations for personal preference are not accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact admin@zulaathletics.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution. This timeframe does not limit any rights required by law.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final.
